Ceramic linear tables

Also usable for being combined to a cross table or similar. These tables are also available with integrated forced retainer control.

Drive units

e.g. using shaft guides, ball screw drives; aluminium housing.

Transfer units

e.g. using shaft guides, trapezoidal spindle and aluminium housing.

Adjusting unit

e.g. using linear bearings and xy-stage.
